Inspired by the Children's Peace Monument for child victims of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. After visiting Hiroshima few years ago I can't forget the thousands of origami cranes at the Children's Peace Monument and the story of a girl called Sadako Sasaki who made more than a thousand cranes before she died. If one creates 1000 paper cranes, they are granted one wish. She wished to have a world without nuclear weapons. More coordinating origami designs: spoonflower.com/collections/241640
