I have been selling quilted Christmas stockings of my own design on Etsy for years. So I decided to design some DIY stockings for anyone who wants to make their own. If you would like to quilt these, just layer the whole fat quarter into a 21x18 sheet of cotton batting and stitch the design you want onto the stockings; then cut them out and follow the directions . Make sure you leave the hanging loop free of any quilting stitches so you can cut it out without the batting. Also, adding a lining will protect the batting. Have Fun!
