Each Butterfly measures 7 and a half inches or 18.5 cm from wing tip to wing tip. Use your Butterfly as a hanging Decoration by leaving the antennae as a loop OR use it as a simple type of Puppet or 'finger action' toy. The belly of the Butterfly features three pieces of elastic to represent 'legs'. Slip your finger under each piece of elastic to let the Butterfly 'sit' on your finger then move your hand up and down to make the wings 'flutter'. Choose to cut out your Butterfly shapes with either a 1/4 inch or 5 mm seam allowance.
