I saw something somewhere that had the motif of a circle with two lines intersecting it and I was just instantly drawn to it. So I used that inspiration and started to play. After I decided on the orange color with black lines I thought it looked like a nice, delicious piece of salmon sashimi with chopsticks laying on top of it. Just like you'd get at your favorite sushi restaurant. So I plated the sushi and repeated the motif into a fun, retro, geometric pattern where the intersecting lines break outside of the shapes.
