Just fold the tag in half longways and sew it up then turn it right side out. Now sew in the zipper. Place the right sides together with the zipper and bag front facing then sandwhich the lining fabric on the other side and sew together leaving 1/4 in for outer seams. Sew both sides of the zipper and then sew all along the bag right sides together with the zipper unzipped. Leave an opening in the lining for turning. Turn right side out and stitch the zipper opening closed.
