This design is an irregular tessellation of nonagon, hexagon and pentagon in symmetry group p31m with stars subtending from the edge-centres of each face. This is not a traditional polygon arrangement but one which didn't exist until I invented it some decades ago. Currently displaying a version in the ipernity group's trendy1 palette.
