This design is an emaciated, skull-like, dead or zombie head with lines of stitching ready to be customised by adding real embroidery stitches over the top. This would mostly be blanket (or button) stitch for the mouth, eyelashes and cranial suture with some satin stitch for irises and nose. You could also add tufty stumps or clumps of hair. Currently displaying a version in plain black and white.
