I have a passion for old maps which tell stories. This design draws on classic themes of old map making: unknown lands and unchartered seas abound; surrounded by sea creatures (some real, some imaged); and the equipment to help curious sailors reach their destinations. The motifs are in silhouette, aside from the sleeping moon which has a slight outline to show it's napping face. The background is a photo of sand grains, which is fitting for a sea-based adventure. A tan coloured background sets the scene for a map drawn on an old sea scroll. Oh...and of course, Here Be Dragons...
