The European eel has been shrouded in mystery for thousands of years. Sigmund Freud, Aristotle, Pliny the Great and many, many others have studied them. These miraculous creatures travel thousands of miles during their lifetime. It has recently been discovered that they spawn in the deepness of the Sargasso Sea. It goes through miraculous transformations during its lifetime, adapting to its environment with grace. Sadly, this creature is now endangered.
