Made for the Patchwork design challenge, this oversized pattern features a hand-drawn grid of simple shapes with the mixed-media of acrylic panting and linocut, plus the subtle textures of fabric and paper woven in. The squares highlight simple shapes (arrow, five dots from dice, star, hourglass, and rectangles) and utilize a rich, elegant color scheme: salmon, burnt orange, khaki, cerulean, burgundy, warm grey, dark slate blue, and pale yellow. This pattern was designed with crisp, hip button-down shirts in mind- androgynous and unique without being too aggressive. Bold and tasteful. Would also be gorgeous on accent decor and would work nicely for a '"heater" quilt.
