I love that such an indulgently extravagant and fanciful style is considered to be rebellious - the final flourish of the Baroque Movement and probably a rebellion against the serious refined Classical Movement to be enjoyed to the full for it's illogical superficial frivolity.....Enjoy ! If you are planning on purchasing wallpaper with a large scale design, one tip is to add 12 inches to half of the rolls that you are ordering in order to match up the repeat when it comes to hanging the drop so that you are not short of wallpaper when it comes to finishing your wall. The other way in which you can make it work is to take the trimmed off piece at the top edge of the wallpaper and add it to the bottom edge as you go. I found a brilliant clear and informative set of videos on you tube at this address if you need a good guide. If the link does not take you there, search for Arte Walls which will take you to their fantastically helpful channel. It is so worth it.....the results speak for themselves....Enjoy ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lTeTyssCqA Any offcuts that you do end up with have can be used creatively to make labels or cover storage boxes or greeting card crafts...go and create wonderful things !
