gardens around the world.
This uniform botanical pattern uses one of my abstract macro photos of plants and flowers (in this case, a Pitcher Plant at San Francisco's Conservatory of Flowers) to create a bold, familiar-but-unique pattern in fresh greens. I aim to make the natural world immersive: re-envisioning shapes, textures, and colors to make images that abstract reality, and transport the viewer to other intimate realms that exist right here on Earth. This is the SMALL SCALE; Giant Scale version also available (see collection link below). Striking in large items like wallpaper, curtains, and bedding; intriguingly abstract for small items like throw pillow or your own quilts and apparel creations.
