These 10 scarf/top patterns are designed for 52"W fabric Spoonflower's Poly Crepe de Chine is 52"W, or can be printed on wider fabric Order 1 yard to get the entire image on either width Make one large scarf by hemming all 4 sides Turn the edges twice and hem by hand, or by machine if you are good at that Or cut the entire width between the squares with large leaves Leave an opening to slip the top over your head. Place the opening as you would like the top to drape Make a French seam to encapsulate the raw edges - except for the opening. At that opening turn the raw edges twice and stitch, also enclosing the raw edges. Or make 2 scarves, cut the long thin section off, hem all those edges. Or make the larger section into a top, as described above. Go to my website: KaceyCowdery.com, click on the Portfolio tab to see this method.
