'Wild gazelles in black + white by Su_G' (https://www.spoonflower.com/fabric/3243437): Wildly galloping gazelles in black and white. Felt pen on paper, after Catteau. © Su Schaefer 2014 See other gazelle designs by Su_G. (https://www.spoonflower.com/profiles/su_g?shop_selection=tag&tag=gazelle) I think this simple design looks good as gift wrap - shown in the thumbnail as a mockup at the current scale [400 ppi]. My inspiration for this design was French Art Deco ceramicist Charles Catteau (1880-1966), who used the gazelle often as a motif in his work. Since starting these designs I've noticed that although gazelles are not native in my country, they have a high frequency in local Art Deco era buildings. See all my black and white designs.
