This design, with borders on both edges, fills the entire width of 42" fabric. (40" design width + 1" blank hem or seam allowance.) In order to not waste space if printed on fabric types that are wider than 42", additional border patterns have been added to the outside edge of the design, which you can cut out and use in your project as you wish. Besides use as a sari, the fabric can also be used for curtains, blankets, skirts, or dresses, to name a few applications. It does not include a fall / pallu piece, nor blouse pieces. If your project requires a different hem-to-hem/seam length than 40", please check my store for other widths of this design.
