Each yard makes 4 9" ruffles to be used with the Ferris Wheel Gypsy Dress Round. Note that there are marks at 9" for cutlines. If you are doing 2 rounds this yard will make the 11 feet needed for the ruffle. If you need any adjustments just let me know. If you would like solid ruffles in these colors just let me know and I can make them for you. That would also look good with the dress round.
