pattern works on any 54+ inch fabric.
Instructions are printed on the fabric. There is a matching ruffle at https://www.spoonflower.com/fabric/6779624. For 2 dress rounds, you will need a yard of the ruffle which has cut marks for 9" ruffles. Just cut the rounds out and cut at the provided cut line and sew the two rounds together to make a bigger and fuller round. You can use more than 2 rounds if you want it to be fuller yet. If you do then you will need to adjust the length of the ruffle row. Most users do 3 rows of ruffles but that really depends on the person's height your sewing this dress for. The next step is to create a bodice for your skirt and there are so many options for those. Have fun. If you have questions you can email me at brucestradling@gmail.com.
