This series of simple watercolor Snow Leopards will bring a whimsical, dreamy feel to these beautiful cats. Originally created for Spoonflower's monochrome contest, I decided to go with my favorite color - purple! Actually, I recently painted my work area lavender, so I think the color may have inspired me when choosing my palette for this contest.
The original design was done on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper with watercolor before being scanned and assembled digitally. I thought this would be a great textile for a children's curtains or pillow set! Whether it's for a dress, curtains, pillow cases, etc., this Snow Leopard pattern will bring a serene feel to whatever you lovely seamstresses (or seamstresirs) out there choose to sew with it :)
