When I think of 1928 I think of a bright art deco world of infinite color and possibility. Nobody had a clue what would happen on October of 1929. This busy and colorful art deco-tinged abstract horizontal stripe combines touches of late 1920's/1930's Egyptian revival with many slightly subdued colors for a look that is somewhere between one of those new movie palaces where they screen the talkies, and a harem, as depicted in those films.
