Thoughts of how to create a relaxing retreat design made my mind wander to the drawings prehistoric artists created on cave walls. Were those drawings, created amid the soot of open cooking fires and the silt coating the cave walls, an early designer’s attempt to create a relaxing retreat? This design features warm cream colored cloud-like ethereal horses drifting across a heavily textured background. Overall it is a restful design suitable to our modern day ‘caves’ yet I envy that prehistoric artist; I created one design among millions but she created history! Nothing reflects real life like an actual sample so ordering a swatch sample before purchasing a large quantity is suggested.
