These bubbly op art checks in black and grey remind me of an amusing day spent with my youngest son…

at the post office.
Put the code JP2 into the Spoonflower tag search box to easily pull up a wide variety of coordinating solids and designs . So here's the story: We had gone to the post office to mail a package. He stood with me as I wrapped the items in my box with packing material, the kind with little bubbles on it. After the package was addressed we got into the line and waited for our turn to speak with a postal rep so I could pay. I handed the packing material to my young son and asked him to take care of it. A few minutes later, as I was speaking with the clerk, there were loud popping noises that scared me half out of my wits! I could not figure out where they were coming from until I looked down! My son had put the rest of the packing material where I would step on it! He was about 5 at the time, and seemed quite pleased with himself. Though no one in the line was laughing out loud - I'm sure this humorous incident broke the boredom of waitingin a long line! Use this fun geometric design as you would use any checked design.
