This design is the edge-centre faces of a polygon grid of octagon, hexagon and pentagon in symmetry group p4gm - where the octagon is twisted to allow for a perfect pentagon with a mutant hexagon. Currently displaying a version in black outline on white. Other colours, stylings, sizes and orientations are available on request and you can even ask for a custom mixture of designs.
