Years ago, I took photos of shadows of Venetian blinds on a fleece blanket over my window. A couple of years later, I played with the rather plain but fun photo in Photoshop and came up with the gorgeous fat quarter panel featured in the near-center of this quilt panel. In 2022, I finally turned my fat quarter into a lap quilt, but I did it the hard way. I pieced it with tiny little 1.5-inch pieces in stash colors as close as I could match. Now you can have a unique variation of the very same quilt I created, but without all the teensy piecing. Just add the coordinating backing, quilt, bind, and you have yourself a colorful, bright and cheery quilt of your own or for gifting!
